Ed Campaniello - Founding Principal & Managing Director
Ed is an experienced technology entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience developing clean energy and energy efficiency solutions. Ed co-founded Semetric Development, a supply-chain environmental management solution provider, and was the Chief Financial Officer at Ecos Technologies, a leading provider of web-hosted corporate environmental performance management solutions. He was previously with Morgan Stanley's Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions investment banking team, working with client companies that successfully raised over $2.5 billion in debt and equity capital. Ed was a member of the Global Energy & Infrastructure Groups while at Morgan and has managed financings of public and private energy-focused firms since 1996. He holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and completed his undergraduate work at the University of Michigan.
Anne Vrolyk - Senior Advisor
Ms. Vrolyk, founder of Vrolyk & Company, has over 25 years of experience in merger and acquisitions and private financings. Prior to founding her firm she spent five years in the merger department of Alex, Brown & Sons in San Francisco. Previous to ABS she was with the merger department of Goldman Sachs in New York. Ms Vrolyk received an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in Bacteriology from UCLA.
